StoveTop: Boil \1 1/4 cups water in a small saucepan.Place the contents of of the couscous bag with 1/2 tsp salt and add the boiling water. Stir and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Microwave: Boil 1 1/4 cups water in a microwave safe container. Place contents of the couscous bag in a medium size bowl with 1/2 tsp salt. Add the boiling water to the couscous, stir and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
