When I am filling this tank, or bottles for our guests, I am always drawn back to the Adriano's pressing room in Italy. This olive oil has the aroma from the mill during the crush. Oh, I get weak in the knees just thinking about it. A bit bolder than Fior Fiore, not as spicy as Colle Monacesco.  Primaiolo is a wonderful oil to try when you are ready to step up your olive oil game.
