Created in 1994 after Curt watched Cajun Chef Justin Wilson explain on a PBS television show that if you wanted to make the best chicken or ribs on the grill all you need do is sprinkle them with crushed mint.  Well Curt added crushed mint to his already world famous Table Spice and, well, the rest as they say is history. Curt's Cooking Spice, all you'll need for pork, poultry, veal, lamb and game. Oh, and tomatoes.
