Great for salads, bread dipping and baking. Scrub a sweet potato, place it on aluminum foil and drizzle well with this oil. Roast or grill 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cook squash with this oil instead of butter . Par boil carrots and then toss them with this oil and balsamic vinegar. Marinate for 1 hour and then grill until tender.
